Bobbi Perkins is a dedicated professional who puts her clients' satisfaction at the top of her list. Bobbi has a clear understanding of every detail that goes into putting each real estate transaction together. Bobbi also understands that the power of negotiation is a key quality that clients need in a real estate agent. Navigating a buyer or seller through a sale can be a complex process; what Bobbi brings to the table is experienced marketing, negotiation skills, organization, and follow up skills. Fairness to all clients, whether buyers or sellers, is what she strives for. When dealing with your largest investment, Bobbi is the one you want on your side.

Background

Bobbi grew up in New Lisbon, Wisconsin then attended Western Wisconsin Technical College in LaCrosse obtaining an associates degree in marketing. Her marketing background gives her a heads up in the real estate world when it comes to marketing properties. She then attended real estate classes in Madison and started working for Castle Rock Realty in 1997. She later continued her education and recieved her brokers license. Bobbi continues to take classes to stay on top of the quickly changing real estate world.

During her spare time, she competes in triathlons and bike races.  Training for those events takes a tremendous amount of discipline, focus and dedication.  All of those characteristics spill over into her professional role as well.  She is determined to be the best she can, not for only herself, but to her clients as well.

As a home owner in rural Mauston, she continues to encourage local business and loves to see growth in a small community. Bobbi is dedicated to the area which she was born and raised in, and looks forward to continuing to build her business in an area that has given her so many opportunities.
